Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2026Welcome to Shuflr. By using shuflr.club you agree to these terms. They’re short, because the site is simple.
1. What Shuflr is
Shuflr is a free website for playing card games — poker, Teen Patti, rummy, blackjack and others — at private tables with people you invite. It is provided for entertainment.
2. Play money only — no gambling
All chips, counters and points on Shuflr are fictional play money with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, deposited, transferred, redeemed, cashed out or won as prizes. Shuflr offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or anything of value. Any real-world arrangement players make among themselves happens outside Shuflr, is not facilitated by us, and is solely their responsibility and subject to their local laws.
3. Fair use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt games, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages (e.g., automating play or snooping other players’ cards).
- Don’t use table chat to harass others or post unlawful content. Hosts can remove anyone from their table.
- Don’t use the service where doing so would be unlawful.
4. Availability
Shuflr is a hobby project offered free of charge, “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Tables live in server memory and are deleted shortly after everyone leaves; we may change, interrupt or discontinue any part of the service at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
5. Intellectual property
The Shuflr name, site design and software are ours. The card games themselves are traditional games in the public domain.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
