Terms of Use

Last updated: July 18, 2026
The short version. Shuflr is for private, play-money card games. Core rooms stay free; paid plans buy software access only, never chips, stakes, winnings or prizes.

Welcome to Shuflr. By using shuflr.club you agree to these terms. They’re short, because the site is simple.

1. What Shuflr is

Shuflr is a website for playing card games — poker, Teen Patti, rummy, blackjack and others — at private tables with people you invite. Core games and ordinary private rooms are free. Optional paid plans add visual customization, Club management, retained statistics and related software features.

2. Play money only — no gambling

All chips, counters and points on Shuflr are fictional play money with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, deposited, transferred, redeemed, cashed out or won as prizes. Shuflr offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or anything of value. Any real-world arrangement players make among themselves happens outside Shuflr, is not facilitated by us, and is solely their responsibility and subject to their local laws.

3. Fair use

  • Don’t attempt to disrupt games, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages (e.g., automating play or snooping other players’ cards).
  • Don’t use table chat to harass others or post unlawful content. Hosts can remove anyone from their table.
  • Don’t use the service where doing so would be unlawful.

4. Availability

Shuflr is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Temporary tables live in server memory and are deleted shortly after everyone leaves; optional account profiles and saved setups may persist until deleted. We may change, interrupt or discontinue any part of the service at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or email account secure. Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading display name. Guest access remains available for ordinary private games, but account-owned features require a valid signed-in session.

6. Paid plans and billing

  • Game Night Pass. A one-time purchase that activates premium software features for the duration shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically. Buying another pass extends the current active period.
  • Shuflr Club. A recurring monthly subscription. A new Club and its 14-day trial are created only after Paddle confirms the owner's recurring-payment authorization; the first plan charge is scheduled after the trial. The displayed base price includes 12 active members. Approving each member above 12 requires the displayed one-time additional-member payment and adds the same amount to the next monthly renewal while that member remains active. Removing an active additional member lowers the following renewal, down to the base price. UPI Autopay users may need to authorize a new mandate when the recurring amount increases.
  • If a Club subscription becomes inactive, the Club and all of its data are locked immediately. Existing active members receive only a renewal screen, while other visitors continue to receive the request-to-join screen. Shuflr retains the locked Club and its games, ledgers, logs, replays and stats for two months. If the subscription is not renewed by the displayed deadline, the Club and all of that retained Club data are permanently deleted.
  • A Club owner may offer ownership and billing to an active member. The recipient must accept and authorize their own recurring-payment mandate. The replacement subscription begins on the Club's existing renewal date rather than creating a new billing anniversary on the transfer date.
  • Prices and taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Club owners can schedule cancellation for the end of the current billing period.
  • Paid access is personal to the purchasing account or designated Club and may not be resold. Payments buy software access only—never chips, stakes, winnings or prizes.

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation timing, duplicate charges and refund eligibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Shuflr name, site design and software are ours. The card games themselves are traditional games in the public domain. Shuflr is operated by Amritansh Kumar. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid Shuflr purchases and subscriptions.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
